Improved Andromedan EAF Form

When Moderating HR4 4075, I got real frustrated to the PBEM EAF, which is to say I got frustrated with trying to moderate an andro on a standard EAF.

The ADB Andro EAF is little better. In my opinion, it actually confuses things worse.

So I invented my own Andro EAF, complete with a detailed worksheet for end-of-turn PA Panel stuff.

I premiered it in 5SFA 106 and made some improvements for 5SFA 203. I didn't get much chance to use it the first time. Questions and comments welcome.
